General Information
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services and merchandise offered by Professional Details LLC. By booking an appointment or purchasing a product from our website, you agree to the following terms.
Vehicle Detailing Services
We serve the Dallas–Fort Worth (DFW) metro area in Texas. Appointments can be booked via our website, by phone, or in person. Same-day appointments may be available but are not guaranteed. No deposit is required. Confirmation will be sent by email or SMS. Travel outside DFW is available by prior agreement and may include a surcharge.
Published prices include tax. Final pricing is confirmed after on-site inspection and may change based on vehicle condition (for example, heavy soiling, pet hair, tar/overspray, biohazards, or aftermarket issues) or special requests. Add-ons can be included if time permits.
Before we arrive, please remove personal items and valuables from your vehicle. Disclose any known issues such as leaks, fragile trim, electronics faults, or aftermarket parts. For mobile service, provide safe, legal parking with adequate space and lighting and, if requested, access to water or power. For safety reasons, we do not uninstall or reinstall child seats.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments.
You may cancel or reschedule without charge if done at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows incur a $50 fee. There is a 15-minute grace period; arriving 30 minutes or more past the scheduled time may be treated as a no-show. We may reschedule or pause work due to weather, unsafe conditions, or other unforeseen issues, and will notify you promptly. Merchandise Sales
Merchandise purchases must be paid in full at checkout. Prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Orders are processed and shipped within the stated timeframe, though delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.
If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be replaced at no cost. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
If the shipping address provided is incorrect or the package goes unclaimed, the order will be returned to our fulfillment facility and you will be responsible for any reshipment costs. Unclaimed returns may be donated to charity after 30 days. Certain items, such as face masks or sealed goods, cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. Returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing are not covered; exchanges require a new order at your expense. Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return under EU consumer law.
Professional Details is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping carriers. We make every effort to display products accurately, but colors and sizing may vary slightly.
